Mint (Pudina) Raita Ingredients:
Dahi (Curd, Yoghurt) - 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Pudina (Mint) Leaves - 1/2 cup, washed + for garnish
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Kaala Namak (Rock Salt) - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp, or as per taste
Red Chilli Powder - for garnish
