In this topology, OSPF is already running and all the routers of Area 1 and 3 are converged and communicating.
Except for the R2 in Area 2.
Because R2 is Area 2.
and Area 2 is not directly connected with Area 0 and in OSPF all domains (areas) must be directly connected with Area 0, so that's why Area 2 routes will be recevied by other Areas neither Area 2 router (R2) will receive any routes from other areas (area 0, 1 and 3).
In order to rectify this issue , a Virtual link need to be created between ABR-1 (router between Area 0 and Area 1) and ABR-2 (router between Area 1 and Area 2).
For Virtual link, ABR-1 and ABR-2 Router ID is needed.
