Many Uber Drivers are concerned about their uber driver ratings. When you are a new uber driver it is important of course not to stress out about uber ratings. You want to be yourself and remain as confident and in control as possible. I also do not want you to worry about uber driver ratings - why uber driver ratings drops fast but rises slowly.

What they found out is that navigation is the main reason that uber drivers get low ratings. Just not knowing how to navigate in a way that assures the customer you know where you are going.
Taking a step back, always ask the customer to confirm their destination before starting the trip. You will gain confidence from the passenger this way even before the trip starts.
Works the other way around as well. You will have confidence that you know where you are going and it will show in your driving. I like to call it swagger.
Than navigation is important for safety reasons. I highly recommend a good phone mount so that your not looking down at the phone which is in your seat or hand. You need a phone mount so that you can keep your eyes on the ride.
Next know your city. Understand where the major routes, landmarks and highways of your city. You do not want to rely totally on your navigation system to get you where the passenger needs to go. Always know that your navigation system may not pull up when it should.
In addition, I have used waze and google maps. Reason that I use google maps is because it opens up with one tap on my phone. Waze takes about three different taps before it opens. I prefer my navigation to open up quickly. This makes you like the professional that you are.
Further, many passengers will suggest what they feel is the fasted route to the destination. Never appear to be a know it all. Remain open to suggestions because the passenger may know an easier route to their home or business. Be grateful and thankful for the information they share with you. Remember, this does not excuse you from confirming the address before you start moving on the trip.
If you start the trip and end up in the wrong location, than it will be your fault. This also reflect how they rate you when it comes to Uber driver ratings.
