Testing Aliexpress Tool Setter travels
Testing repeatability and trigger distance on an AU$45 (US$34, EUR29) Aliexpress tool length sensor/tool setter for my PrintNC CNC machine: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AP3Usr
Testing over dozens of cycles it consistently triggered within the same 0.001-0.002mm range, and would de-trigger by backing off by 0.004mm. Triggering was consistent whether approaching from 0.01mm or 1mm.
