How to Make Soup Dumplings w/ Ground Beef Filling & Egg Dough from Scratch
This video shows how to make soup dumplings w/ ground beef filling & egg dough from scratch. Dumplings & veggie soup are easy to make. First dice veggies for dumpling soup. Then make ground beef filling for soup dumplings.
Then make egg dough for soup dumplings. Dumplings with egg dough keep their shape and filling while cooking in vegetable soup. put egg dough for dumplings in a bag or cover it so it doesn't get dry.
It's time to make vegetable soup for dumplings. add oil to the pan, vegetables and saute them for 2-3 minutes, then add water and bring to a boil soup on medium heat, then reduce heat and keep it on low.
Then roll out the egg dough. Cut cube square shapes and put groung beef filling on each square dough. Form dumplings by sticking 2 opposite corners together. press all sides make sure that beef filling won't get out . Then stick two corners of triangle and your dumpling is ready. Form all dumplings for soup the same way.
Cook dumplings in soup for a 15-20 minutes or try one and to see if the filling is cooked well.
Serve dumplings ia bowl with soup.
