Tomatoes in jelly for the winter. Choose plump tomatoes with no air pockets.
For 3 liters of tomatoes, approximately 1.2 liters of brine:
salt - 1 heaping tablespoon
sugar - 5-6 tablespoons
allspice
black peppercorns
1-2 bay leaves
2-3 cloves
9% vinegar - 60-70 ml
1-2 onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
1.5 tablespoons Gelatin
