BANK- A bank is a type of financial organization that offers loans, facilitates withdrawals, and accepts deposits, among other financial services. By managing and protecting money, giving people and companies a safe place to keep their assets, and providing a variety of financial services and products including checking and savings accounts, loans, and investment possibilities, banks play a critical role in the economy. Additionally, banks support the stability and smooth operation of the financial system by frequently serving as middlemen in the money movement throughout the economy.

NBFC- NBFC stands for Non-Banking Financial Company. An NBFC is a financial institution that provides banking services such as loans, advances, and asset management, but it does not hold a banking license. Unlike traditional banks, NBFCs cannot accept demand deposits from the public.

NBFCs play a significant role in the financial sector by offering various financial services, including loans for vehicles, equipment, and housing, as well as investment advice and wealth management. They contribute to financial inclusion by serving segments of the population that may not have access to traditional banking services.

While NBFCs share similarities with banks in terms of providing financial products, they operate under different regulations and are not part of the traditional banking system.
