Leadership Conference Inside Look | MIC'D UP
I recently attended the District Leadership Conference for PMA, Precision Metal-forming Association, serving as the chairman of the Lone Star District. This annual event gathers district leaders to exchange insights, receive updates from the national level, and participate in workshops. It was inspiring to see everyone come together and share their strategies for promoting and enhancing our district's activities.
The conference concluded with a wealth of new ideas and strategies to bring back to our district. I’m eager to implement these learnings and expand our reach across Texas, targeting cities like Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. It's an exciting time for our organization, and I look forward to what the next 12 months will bring.
