Join me as I do 30 Mins of Cardio - Bike Ride, abs circuit (3 rounds), and a full body guided stretch and flexibility session this morning at the home gym.

Currently, I am working towards losing weight and building muscle through hiit cardio and weight training using giant sets. HIIT Cardio and steady state cardio are great ways to lose weight. Every morning, I start my day with cardio (hiit) - steady state - Full Body Workouts - Step Cardio - Kettlebell or a bike ride.

Today was all about 30 mins Cardio Bike Ride workout, abs circuit and guided stretching and flexibility session.
