In today's video, I will share one of my favorite Bulgarian summer salad recipes. This salad could be considered a side dish as well.
To make 2 salads, you will need:
1 English cucumber - peeled and chopped
1 cup of Greek Yogurt
5 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of dill (about 1/4 of a cup)
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 pinches of salt
2-3 walnuts
Combine everything together and serve. This salad does not refrigerate very well, so make just as much as you are going to eat.
