The results of the I-TECH clinical trial on Ivermectin for Covid-19 were published in JAMA Internal Medicine last week, with no efficacy seen for Ivermectin in treating Covid-19 to prevent progression to serious disease. In this video I'm going to go over an outline of the trial design, a discussion of sample size calculation, a discussion of results, and touch on some of the misinformation and "spin" that has come out regarding this trial in the last week.
