Hello @traderjoes Everything But the Elote Seasoning!!! If you couldn’t guess, we’re big fans! @aldanaiturri is bringing the elote to the party 🌽 Here’s how to make it 👇
🌽 Place ears of corn in an Anyday Large Shallow dish with a tablespoon of water, a clove of garlic, and a bit of salt and microwave for 6 minutes.
🌽 While the corn is steaming, crumble cotija cheese and prep your cilantro and chipotle mayo.
🌽 Once the corn is ready, spread mayo, roll in the cotija, sprinkle with the EBTE seasoning, and the cilantro.
🌽 Finish with fresh lime juice and add Tajîn sauce if you’d like extra spice.
