Hydlide/ハイドライド (Sharp Mz-2200, 1985, T&E Soft/Carry Lab/Yoichiro Hirano)
This is Hydlide/ハイドライド for Sharp Mz-2200, and this is one of the last rare versions that hasn't been founded yet but thankfully one of friends who also gave me Lode Runner for Sharp Mz-1500. Anyways in this game you play as a knight name Jim who has to find three fairies that where split from Princess Ann by Varalys, who was freed by from the three jewels sealing him away by an evil man who stole them. So, it's up to Jim to locate the three of the Fairies and Jewels scattered around the Kingdom of Fairyland. He has to level up his Exp bar to increase his life and strength by attacking the enemies and going near them, but he will lose some health, so the only way to not lose health is by fighting the back side. When he runs out of life the game is over. He can save data with an empty cassette tape and then load it up. Many enemies are strong, defend Jim should defend against them with his shield to lose less life. This is a good game and despite this game being released before The Legend of Zelda. Also, this game was ported by Carry Lab who if you don't know also did ports of Taito and Universal games to Japanese 8- Bit PCs. This version is also similar to the Nec Pc-8801 version as well.
