NP900X3C is a newer revision of this notebook with a 22nm Ivy Bridge based processor, however it comes with a very slow Sandisk U100 mSATA SSD. This NP900X3B has a 32nm Sandy Bridge based processor with a superior samsung PM830 SSD that makes the machine a little more snappy overall. Everything else between these two models are identical.
