Comparison of future temperature change between 4 climate models
This video shows a visualization of temperature change on a world map using the Climate Projection Data Set (CMIP6) used in the latest IPCC report (AR6).
The comparison of SSP126/370 is a comparison of temperature increase due to different future greenhouse gas emission scenarios, and simulates the case where the world takes strict climate measures (SSP126) and the case where warming continues without any action (SSP370).
On the other hand, the comparison of four climate models shows that there are differences in the projected temperature changes even under the same future emission scenarios.
この動画はIPCCの最新の報告書（AR６）で用いられている気候予測データセット(CMIP6)による気温変化を世界地図上で可視化できるようにしたものです。
SSP126/370の比較は将来の温室効果ガス排出シナリオの違いによる気温上昇の比較であり、世界が気候対策を厳しく取り組んだ場合(SSP126)とこのまま何もせず温暖化が進んだ場合(SSP370)をシュミレーションしています。一方、4つの気候モデルの比較は、同じ将来の排出シナリオでも気温変化の予測に差があることを示しています。
