Salar de Uyuni / Tour Bolivia pt. 4
The largest salt flat in the world with an extension of 10 thousand square kilometers, larger than Lake Titicaca.
The Salar is not only salt, but has several layers of salt and saline sediment, this due to the different rainy seasons that the altiplano has.
There are two seasons to visit the Salar, one in winter (as in the video) is a salt desert, and in summer in which the salar becomes a shallow lake, the main attraction being the sunsets.

El mayor Salar del mundo con una extensión de 10 mil kilómetros cuadrados, más grande que el lago Titicaca.
El salar no es solo sal, sino que tiene varias capas de sal y sedimento salino, esto debido a las diferentes temporadas de lluvia que tiene el altiplano.
Hay dos temporadas para visitar el Salar, una en invierno (como en el video) es un desierto de sal, y en verano en la cual el salar se convierte en un lago de poca profundidad, siendo el principal atractivo los atardeceres.
