It's time for the jump up bass episode! I have seen a few requests for similar sounds to this lately so thought I'd get on with my take on getting this sound! :)
Hope it helps you out, these same kind of sounds are all over the place lately, and it can be a really clean or messed up sound - so make it your own! Using the harmonic series wavetable keeps it super clean, you could also try manually tuning the semitones knob on the second oscillator, and just picking what sounds good to you (eg: good places to start would be 1 octave, 2 octaves, 2 octaves and 7 semitones ... )
The basic sound is just FM on a sawtooth, using the Harmonic Series wavetable, and then using one LFO to control pre-distortion filtering, plus filtering after the distortion .. and matcing a sub oscillator's level to move with the same LFO can reinforce the bass.
