Obstacles [Unreal Engine - short film]
This is my Unreal Engine Animation Bootcamp submission from a 4 week intensive summer camp run by the guys over at rt-hub.com. I was not able to execute the entirety of the script as well as the facial animations were left out. I decided to edit together the footage into a narrative that still was suggestive of a story and delivered this, for better or worse.
This still leaves a lot of space for improvement.

Some more details here:
We were given one block, comprising a 30 second limit, and allocated one of the following themes: 01 Crossing the thresh, 02 Obstacles, 03 Revelation, 04 Resolution.
As you can see from my opening credits I was assigned 02 Obstacles. What I have produced is effectively 3 weeks work pulling together a script, storyboard and all the work in Unreal Engine 5.3.
