gtx 970 performance 1080p: 89-140 FPS (without recording)

My PC configuration
OS: Kubuntu 18.04 - kernel 4.15.0-30 - 64 bits
CPU: I5-3570k OC 4.1GHz
GPU: NVIDIA Gtx 970 - driver: 396.51.0 - Vulkan: 1.1.70

Options used:
Game: MEDIUM Settings
Wine: Use GLSL "disabled" (*) [use only with Nvidia cards]
CPU: Scaling governor set to "performance"

Rendered in 1920x1080 (100%).
Recorded with Nvenc at 1080p 60fps.
Edited with Kdenlive.
