In this video I try printing some PETG with the CR-30 Prototype.. Layer adhesion was not as good as with PLA, but I did restrict my max temp to 240c so I didn't ruin the PTFE tubing. The prime strip had no problem sticking very well to the belt so I do believe it is just a mater of finding the right temp and speed. I think printing at a higher temp would allow the PETG to bond with the belt before cooling. At 240 degrees I think it is just cooling too quickly once the cooling fan turns on.
Both prints were done with a .4 nozzle and .2 layer height...
