Here’s what you need for this Tiramisù recipe!
6 egg yolks 🥚
Mascarpone (16 oz)
sugar (3. If spoons) 🥄
Ladyfingers (1 package)
cocoa powder
espresso coffee (2 shoots) ☕️
Recipe:
mix with an electric mixer egg yolks and sugar until you reach a cream with a tough consistency
add mascarpone and continue mixing
in another plate, dilute the two espresso shot with a bit of water
dip the ladyfingers biscuit one at the time and use them to assembly tiramisù by layering as follow:

cream
At the end sprinkle the top with cocoa powder just before to serve.
