Still Water TROUT Magnet!
This is a wet fly designed to imitate a damsel emerger or nymph. However, it's another generalistic pattern that can be viewed as representing various food sources in lakes or ponds, such as leeches, minnows, or even green drakes. I fish this on a sinking line over pond springs, stripped slowly back. If you need more weight, you could always add a bead, but keeping it unweighted makes it a bit more versatile if you want to swing it as a wet fly in a river.
