Once you have created a mask within the Movie Clip Editor, you can apply it to strips in the Video Sequence Editor. In this second video of a 3-part series, we see how to censor a subject by blurring or removing their face by adding our mask as a Mask Modifier.
The next video will cover how to animate masks, including turning them on and off as needed.
