We're back in the world of Fallout 4, but with one simple ruleset: Every step costs 1 cap...
If my cap count ever hits 0, I'll be killed on the spot... Combine this challenge with the premise of Survival, then suddenly you're walking everywhere and paying to walk.
In part 1 of this challenge, titled "Fallout 4, But Every Step Costs 1 Cap", we setup a water farm for vendoring, killed Kellog and made it all the way to the Institute. Today we'll be completing all of the Fallout 4 DLC's, alongside finishing the game aswell. ALSO I made a very dumb IRL purchase thats featured in the video... Enjoy.
