What is One Handed Mode & how to enable/disable it on Android 12
Today i'm going to show you the One Handed Mode on Android 12 and how to enable or disable it.
One Handed Mode is a new feature on Android 12 that allows you to shrinks the screen on your phone to be more accessible
with your thumb. This will allow you to use your phone with a single hand.
Now to start One Handed Mode on your phone all you need to do is swipe downwards quickly near the bottom of the screen as illustrated.
As you can see my screen has shrank and i can now use it with a single hand.
Now if you want to enable or disable One handed mode use the following steps.
Go to Settings.
scroll up then Tap on System
Tap on Gestures
Then Tap on One-Handed Mode.
Here you can disable or enable the one handed mode feature.
Now, instead of selecting pull screen into reach you can select Show notifications.
By doing this whenever you swipe downwards near the bottom of the screen the notifications and settings will be displayed instead
As you can see i am displaying my notifications instead of shrinking my screen.
