Small but mighty! That’s my impression of @nelsonsgreenbrier
I have been privileged to visit a lot of distilleries and to have not only an innovative yet phenomenal restaurant and a distillery that is not afraid to experiment. That is impressive.
The most impressive part of my visit was the staff (from the front desk to the chef and the tour guide) . I observed their interaction with people and I was impressed by the warm and the “joie de vivre” attitude.
The location has all you need:
-Good Whiskey ✅
-Great Bar ✅
-Great Restaurant ✅
-Great customer service ✅
There is what people say online and there is reality. When GreenBrier said: We would love to have you? They meant it! For the fews hours I was there, I felt like a king.

PS: They just released their Rum cask finished. You may want to give it a try if you are in the own. You can thank me later.
