First served around 1860 in Gaspare Campari’s café in Milan, this drink—often shortened to “Mi-To”—takes its name from the birthplaces of Campari (Milan) and Vermouth di Torino (Turin).
INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Vermouth di Torino
Garnish: orange slice
DIRECTIONS
Build the drink in an Old-Fashioned glass over ice.
Stir and garnish with an orange slice.
