HOW CAN I REPLICATE SELECTED ELEMENTS OR ERASE THEM ALL IN POWERPOINT? 🤔

Let’s suppose that you want to add the same element in many slides of your PowerPoint presentation.

Why wouldn’t you use a Slide Master, if you need to have an object on all of your slides?

Well, what if this object should NOT be in the same position on all the slides? And even not on all the slides, but just on selected ones? What if you want to modify your object differently in every slide?

Moreover, you don’t want to spend time copy-pasting the same thing a million times.

That’s what I’m saying! Better to use the “Copy-Paste to Active Slides” function!

What about Erasing all Elements at once?

Why should you use “Erase all Elements”, if you can erase everything manually?

Imagine, you have A LOT of elements on the slide, and some of them even got outside the slide, you cannot find them (especially if those elements have a high transparency or it’s an empty text box).

Do you want to spend your precious time to search for all of these to remove?

I don’t think so! Delete all the elements in the slide just in one click.

Want to know more?

Hi, my name is Maurizio La Cava, I am the founder of Lean Presentation design and in this video I will teach you how to use the Copy-Paste to Active Slides and the Erase all Elements functions of MLC PowerPoint Add-in in your presentation.

To copy objects to active slides, first select them all and, then, click on the Copy to Active Slides button in the MLC menu.

Now, on your left select the slides to which you want to copy the elements and click on the Paste to Active Slides button.

Done!

The object will appear in the same position on all the slides you selected!

Now let’s see how to erase all the elements on a slide.

First select it and then (you guessed it!) click on the Erase all Elements button in the MLC menu.

So fast!

Now the slide is completely empty.

Skyrocket your PowerPoint productivity with MLC PowerPoint Add-in!

See you in the next video.

Ciao!
