Electrical PROBLEMS with my touring caravan - Caravan Video Part 59
The mains electrics had stopped working on the caravan. So when I turned up I was on to the case. The caravan was at Thornwick Bay at the time and one of our good friends (Baz) had already taken a look and narrowed it down to one of 240v circuit breakers being the problem. At first I though it was the master breaker and one of the 6 amp MCBs being the problem. I was able to source a master breaker from the local CEF branch. Once it was fitted and the 6 amp MCB reinstated, I found out that the 10A MCB was the faulty one. I also found out that ttha my method of testing the breakers was wrong. I decided to renstate the original and found out there was nothing wrong with it so I can return the master breaker I bought and I just need to source a replacement 10 amp MCB. I may do a follow-up video to this.
