No-Touch Technique: How to Engage the Ureteral Orifice?
Step 1: After passing the bladder neck with the fURS, push it to the trigone.
Step 2: Rotate the scope using pronation (to reach the left ureteral orifice) or supination (right ureteral orifice).
Step 3: Use the deflection lever up/down to face the ureteral orifice.
Step 4: Push the fURS with your nondominant hand to insert the scope into the ureter
