Tories Attempting a Borrowing Trap for Labour
The Telegraph are reporting on plans to try to trap Labour over its plans to fund investment, as if investment was a cost to people which needs to be avoiding. But their attempt to change fiscal rules to potentially make Labour responsible for record breaking Tory borrowing won't work if Labour just change the rules back when they win power.
