This part was actually pretty interesting to work on! I put most of my effort towards the backgrounds, and tried to keep the animation simple but appealing. I think the overall product turned out pretty cool!
The environment was inspired by my own Minecraft world! I definitely took some liberties with how I drew the world VS. what the world actually looks like. I don't think having a dark, dungeony, evil lair in a project based on cottagecore-eques environments would've been the best call lol. But hey! I included the weird cliff-hanging circle-house feature!! That counts right??
btw the "characters" in this part (aka the cat and the weird flying thing) are supposed to be my MC avatar and cat! The pet cat was named "Pawpaw", but mmmmm FUN FACT uhhhh, he may or may not have drowned during the... absolute beginning of the game. I have no clue what happened, I set up an infinite water source, looked away, and not even 5 minutes later he had drowned himself in 1-block deep water. So.... I guess this part is an AU where Pawpaw lives long enough to see the house get built lol
