Please note that:
If you have advance tax or Withholding Tax In your iTax account, iTax will neither allow you to file nil returns nor use ITR for employment-only methods of filing returns.
As such, KRA considers you to be in business and you will have to prepare a Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet to file your annual return. This change was implemented in the 2017 tax year.
