DO NOT START ON H-1B RECEIPT
In this video, I talk about reasons why you should not start your next job on a H-1B receipt. There are way too much risk to getting an RFE and a possible denial from USCIS.
Quitting your job before an approval could mean, if you were to get denied, you cannot go back to your old employer, or stay at the current company anymore, and have to go back to your home country.
There were even extreme cases where some people directly got denied without an RFE.
If you don't want to wait a long period of time waiting, you can expedite the process using premium processing. This is where you can pay an additional fee to the government to speed the process. The USCIS will give you a response within 15 days of filing.
RFE stands for Request for Evidence.
