Now it's easy to change your name! In this video, I'll teach you how to do it. You've probably heard that in Brazil, you can only change your name between the ages of 18 and 19, or that it's very bureaucratic and laborious.
But that changed with the amendment to Article 56 of Law 6.015, which allowed anyone to change their name only once, directly at the registry office.
