Application for multi-image numerical and graphic display - Keyence 3D Profiler
Keyence 3D Profiler is moved by an ABB Robot on 1 vertical line (robot follows contour) and 3 horizontal lines, height and width of sillicon are continously measured and results are sent over Ethernet to PC Application and displayed here numerically and graphically related to the real 3D image.
