Reason Studios 12 Combinator: TonalVox Synth
The name of this synth combinator is TonalVox. It's a cross between a Hammond Novachord, Farfisa/Vox Continental and Mellotron (without sounding like any of them).

Most of the controls are standard except for the Resonators (in the Filter section).
When you press the Resonators button the audio is sent through three parallel band pass filters. The three band knobs control each of the three band pass filters. You can dial in some lo-fi sounds.
This combinator can be freely modified, reused, repackaged or whatever.
