[3DS] How To Build NTR Cheat Plugins
This is a video on how to build NTR Cheat Plugins (with menu) for NTR CFW. This is a great alternative for those who don't have a Gateway yet (or don't plan to get one), because codes can be directly converted from Gateway to NTR and vice versa. However, being cheap has it's disadvantages. You can't go online while using a NTR cheat plugin.
