So often we believe someone else has the answer. That someone else has the key. We believe someone else is stronger than us. By believing that we lose sight of our strength and our focus.
When you feel like everything is going awry, stop. Take in your surroundings. You May feel so overwhelmed by a situation that you forget about the magical aspects of your life. Look around you.
Look within you. Deep long breaths. You have the power and the courage deep within. Start trusting it. Look at how far you have come. One disappointment is no reason for you to app believing in you.
Give yourself permission. You do not need the permission from someone else.
Your inner power is waiting for your command.
Embrace the moment. It is indeed your gift.
