"When managing digital services, one of the best ways to build engaging customer relationships is to create captivating user journeys across relevant  digital touch points.

We get it - at Jahia, we work with clients of all sizes who provide digital services in a variety of different spaces - including healthcare, government, FSI, and other specialized industries.

That's why our Digital Experience Platform combines content, data and integrations - so you can create consistent user profiles across your applications ecosystem, which forms the basis for an engaging customer-brand experience.

In this video, we're going t one such experience first hand via an example user journey - powered by the Jahia Digital Experience Platform .

This is Chris.

The last time we saw Chris he'd been directed to Jahia via LinkedIn,  browsed Jahia.com and consumed a few blogs.

During this journey we collected some data points on Chris, using the content he clicked on to tag his interests, as well as tracking his campaign conversion progress.

We then took this information to craft personalized experiences for him every step of the way.

His data was passed over to Paul, one of our Customer Service reps.

Paul was notified via slack that a new lead was generated for him in Salesforce, with the integrations handled via Jahia StackConnect - our no-code integration platform linking 400+ of the most popular business applications to Jahia.

Paul reached out to Chris, established a relationship with him and managed to convince him to implement Jahia.
Welcome to the family Chris!

Now Chris is a customer, his journey is only just beginning.

What we mean by that, is that he now has an additional touchpoint - his very own customer portal.

There's a lot of personalization already happening on this page.

Firstly, it's a customer portal, built with Chris  in mind -  but any brand which sells a product or service, can provide a tailored portal.

What makes it personal, is the role each user is playing and what services they need access to.

In Chris' case, he's a customer - but portals can be suited for, say, a dealer, partner a patient or healthcare provider, or anything else depending on your specialized industry.

Personalization starts with how you want to serve a portal to a particularly user based on their role, title or specific job function.

There's a lot going on on Chris' page.

At the top left, we're greeting Chris. This is greeting isn't hard coded - it's actually being populated with customer data points held in Jahia's experience manager, where all Chris' interactions & data points are stored.

On the right, is Chris' 'My Activity' Tab - this is where portal stories become even more tailored to him as an individual.

this is because each tab providers different integration options for data and role functionalities that can potentially be served to each user.

In Chris' case, he has access to a few key metrics - how many service hours does he have left, how many tickets does he have open and what's the status of his platform.

If he clicks into the service ticket tab, Chris gets an overview of all his open & historic customer tick ets. He can see the severity, the status and has the ability to, at any time, engage in a chat session and discuss a given ticket.

He can see his order history and access the appropriate documents stored by say for example, an ERP solution - external yes,  but still accessible & searchable via the Jahia DXP , which provides a consolidated document & data view through no-code integrations.

Last but not least, Chris has access to visualizations of his Jahia platform status.

Those are just a few examples but each one of these tabs is highly customizable and can be defined for each users role, ensuring they only have access to relevant data and  workflow from across your digital application ecosystem.

Personalizations aren't limited to specific job functions or wok flows though - one of the many benefits of a Jahia DXP is the ability to personalize in more subtle ways, surfacing useful learning resources or thought leadership content.

These provide great opportunities to promote additional services via brand engagement and can even lead to additional cross or up-selling.

These are being displayed because, in Chris' conversations with our Customer Service rep Paul, he specifically highlighted case studies & webinars as content relevant to his interests.
