1. The water bath test at 5~90℃ can be selected, and the glycerol test at 35~+160℃ can also be performed;
2. Adopt microcomputer control, automatic stirring, linear heating, and the heating rate maintains the standard
requirement of 5℃ /min;
3. A laser beam sensor is used to automatically detect the softening point value of asphalt softening 25.4mm. After
the test is completed, the test results are automatically displayed and printed;
4. The heating rate is automatically recorded, and the heating record per minute can be queried through the query
function;
5. Adopt 7-inch LCD touch screen, Chinese and English bilingual operating system;
6. The beaker is made of high temperature resistant glass, and the specifications and dimensions of the steel ball
positioning ring and steel ball meet the standard requirements;
7. Small desktop structure, the control system and the heating system are separated (one left and one right), which avoids the failure of the electronic components caused by the high temperature test of the heating system.
