Casa Float is a primary residence designed for a family in a gated community near São Paulo, showcasing a minimalist architecture that emphasizes its privileged corner lot location. Featuring a panoramic view, a large rooftop garden, and a harmonious blend of light, shadows, and reflections, the house creates a sensory and dynamic living experience. The design balances stability with suspension, and opacity with transparency, exploring the poetic interplay of materials. Integrating art and architecture, the house includes a unique facade covered in hydraulic tiles by artist João Nitsche, enhancing the visual and tactile experience of the residence.
