HOW TO ENTER ACT9?
Please note that to enter Act 9, you need to:
Have Champion level 60 or above is required to enter the new region
Have completed all timespaces including Act 8 (no new TS was added in act 8)
Accept the new Act 9 quest available at Mimi Mentor
Without those requirements and without progressing far enough in the main quest from Mimi Mentor, you can’t enter the Act 9 main city.
Note: If you've finished all the timespaces but they're not marked as completed, just try relogging and it should count them properly.
