What Happened To Notch?
Markus Persson, better known as Notch, is a Swedish developer known for creating Minecraft, the biggest game in the world. Notch, unsatisfied with his current job at Mojang, sold Minecraft to Microsoft for $2.5 billion, rendering him a billionaire overnight. Notch would party hard, outbidding Jay-Z and Beyonce for a house in Hollywood, $70m total. All of this money though soon got to his head, and he started to feel isolated. He would make a series of tweets, which would eventually lead to his tragic downfall.
