Joana Rossi Cárdenas was born in Lima, migrated to Italy as a child, and now lives in London.

For years she felt different.

She suffered bullying for being a foreigner.

She rejected part of her Peruvian identity.

She experienced burnout without knowing what was happening to her.

Until, as an adult, she received a diagnosis: autism and ADHD.

In this Tuesday's discussion, we'll talk about:

✔️ Childhood migration and family separation
✔️ Bullying and racism in Italy
✔️ Migrant identity crisis
✔️ Discovering neurodivergence in adulthood
✔️ Autistic burnout
✔️ Activism in the Latin community
✔️ Peruvian culture as healing
✔️ Winning the Marinera World Championship in London
✔️ Embracing vulnerability as strength

This is not just a migration story.

It's a story of identity, acceptance, and invisible superpowers.

If you're part of the Latinx community in the UK or want to better understand neurodiversity, this episode is for you.
