Five Years of ProckGnosis
I wanted to do a bigger, sort of "5-year Anniversary" video, but I had to squeeze in what I could given other priorities. I've had a blast putting out some 70+ videos over the last 5 and a half years, and though I expect my video output might slow down (especially in the next 4-5 months), I'll still likely continue putting out videos in the near future.
I have never asked anyone to subscribe, and I've never asked anyone to give the channel a "like". I assume we're all adults who can decide what we like or don't like in life. If you're a synth, keyboard, or prog fan, hopefully you've gotten something out of a few of the videos I've loaded on the channel, and maybe it's even inspired you to give something back to the synth, prog, or music community as well.
As we're wrapping up ANOTHER decade (shit...where does the time go??), it will be interesting to see where synths, music gear, and the music industry in general ends up. There are positives with the recent flood of cool analog gear from companies like Behringer, but hopefully it doesn't negatively impact other companies from continuing to produce interesting and cool gear as well. Thanks as well to the folks at Dreadbox for giving me a bit of a "behind the scenes" view of a cool and innovative company and for producing some seriously great sounding synths. And here's to another five years, I guess.
