2012 Implosion of Houston's Milam Hotel
Implosion of the 85 year old Milam Hotel on Sunday December 9 at 12:40 pm. The building completed in 1927 was Houston's first totally air conditioned building in 1932. The demolition is making way for an upscale apartment building across from Minute Maid Park.
