SpaceX Starship Flight Test 4 - Coming Apart
The upper stage achieves its desired altitude and speed, then starts a programmed descent back to Earth. Unfortunately it suffered local overheating and disintegration of parts and it was not immediately clear if it made a tolerably clean simulated landing.
