We can produce negative voltage with the help of positive regulators. For this we need a power supply and a regulator. In fact, there is no negative voltage, and we only choose the correct voltage reference
We can use any voltage regulator, but the input voltage should be about 2 volts higher than the desired output to ensure proper operation. In order for positive and negative voltages to be created equally, the voltage of the power supply must be twice the voltage of the regulator. Voltage regulators stabilize the voltage by wasting energy in the form of heat.
In this example, I use 5- and 12-volt regulators. I will put the schematic of the circuit I used at the end of the video. If necessary, stop the video and draw the schematic.
