Wait... WHAT??!??
My first game of Forza Motorsport when it came out, I got a 5 sec penalty for running into 2 cars that decided fighting in the pit lane was fun and they slammed into the wall. 1 year later, and I got another 2.25 sec penalty for GETTING RAMMED!! This coming off a 4 sec penalty for getting brake checked at Sebring... The condition of this game is unacceptable, vile, repulsive. Microsoft closes an entire stuido that released a highly successful game, and yet the GENIUS who came up with this travesty of a penalty system for an online racing game probably still works at the dev and likely got a promotion...
